Welcome, friend! I'm thrilled that you are here—curious to learn more about me and what I do!
It all started my freshman year at the University of Dayton, where I studied graphic design. I had always loved taking photos, but was never really serious about it. That was until freshman year when I took a black + white film photo class. In that class, I learned how to manually take photos on a 35mm film camera, and how to manually process film in the darkroom. This hands-on experience of learning the mechanics behind photography really sparked my interest, which led me into digital photography, which led me into portraits, which led me to... yeah, I think you got it!
My approach
What it all really boils down to for me... is that photos are meant to freeze a moment in time forever.
Being able to store emotions and memories within a frame is so powerful. Whether it is a special event, a milestone, or a simple everyday occurrence, a photo is capable of preserving the essence of that moment forever.
I am always inspired by real and candid moments. By allowing you to be fully present, I am able to capture your special moments with authenticity.

I am very recently engaged (!!!) to my favorite person, Kendric. We love to travel together, discover new restaurants and bars, play Mario Kart, and most of all, just have fun together!

my family
My little sister, MJ, is my best friend... but also my biggest bully (featured is a piece of our awkward sibling photoshoot). Also featured is a photo of MJ and I with our parents. Family is so important to me, and I wouldn't be where I am today without these three.
